Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

DVISSA delivers pan-India to all major cities, towns, and rural areas with serviceable pincodes. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability before placing your order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999FREE shipping
  • Orders below ₹999 — flat shipping fee of ₹99
  • Express shipping — charged at actual cost shown at checkout
  • Bulk orders — shipping included in the quoted price

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after are dispatched the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order from the Orders section of your DVISSA account.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed (minus shipping charges). You may also request a re-delivery at an additional charge.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and products before opening and email us at support@dvissa.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

8. International Shipping

Currently, DVISSA only ships within India. We are working on international delivery options — stay tuned!
